The Publishing House of the Academy of Arts, Architecture, and Design in Prague was established in 1996 and has since published a great number of original books on the theory and history of arts, and other scientifically valuable literature (18 works annually, on average). The Publishers’ Catalogue also includes exhibition catalogues, retrospective catalogues and printed materials associated with various activities of the Academy, such as bookbinding and typography manuals; textbooks; study materials on art management; monographs; and bilingual large-format books with illustrations. All the publications are of the highest quality in terms of science and research.
