Alia Trabucco Zerán (b. 1983) is a Chilean writer living between Santiago de Chile and London, and a recipient of a Fulbright Fellowship. Her debut novel La Resta (The Countdown, 2014) was one of the best literary debuts of 2015 according to El País and was shortlisted for the 2019 International Booker Prize. Her second novel Las Homicidas (2020) won the British Academy Book Prize 2022. Her novel Limpia (2022) is currently being translated into 13 languages.
