Don't go to the village to see your grandmother, rather grow up there until you start noticing where you are. Is this adulthood, a young man with a scythe asks the grass on the hillside. Yes, the hillside replies.

Lubomír Tichý (2003) is studying Bohemia at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University. His poems have appeared in print and online magazines (e.g. Host, A2, Psí víno, Klacek). He writes reviews and reflections on poetry and prose. In 2023 he was nominated for the Václav Burian Prize for Poetry. He lives in Rozběřice and Prague.
