Brno Architecture Manual. Architectural Guide 1918–1945, second edition aka the printed version of the popular internet database charting Brno’s inter-war architecture.
The authors of the carefully researched texts, the historians Petra Hlaváčková, Šárka Svobodová and Lucie Valdhansová, included additional information on the reconstructions and modifications which took place over the five years that have passed since the first edition and the introduction was enlarged and updated by Rostislav Koryčánek, the author of the concept and project supervisor. The practical information on city public transport was also brought up to date.
The second edition adheres to the graphic design by the 20YYDesigners studio (Sébastien Bohner, Petr Bosák, Robert Jansa and Adam Macháček), for which the publication was awarded second place in the Most Beautiful Czech Books 2012 competition in the Specialised/Technical Literature category.
