The first independent book by photographer Ondřej Němec (*1960) presents one hundred photographs, most of which were taken in the underground community in the 1970s and 1980s and also capture Prague at that time. The opus from which the photographs originate has had a turbulent history: in 2002, it was damaged by flooding, most of the negatives were destroyed, and those that remained bear permanent traces of the floodwaters. However, this unfortunate circumstance also became a new compositional element that "completed" the photographs regardless of the photographer's intentions. "At least in terms of their fate, the works in this collection are something that probably has no parallel in Czech photography. A good work completed by the floodwaters," wrote Viktor Karlík. These photographs were first published in Revolver Revue No. 91/2013. In the same year, the author received the Revolver Revue Award for them. The authors of the book's concept are Viktor Karlík and Terezie Pokorná, accompanied by texts by Viktor Karlík and Ondřej Přibyl, who also selected and arranged the photographs.
