This epic publication gives a glimpse into the lives of families who, despite their different approaches to life, are united by one theme—they decided to leave the bustling city environment and start a new life in the countryside. The interviews were conducted over a period of six years and map not only the reasons for leaving the city, initial expectations, and the first years in the new environment, but often also the proverbial clash with reality.
