Dáša the pony lives in the yard and looks forward to winter. But the snow doesn't come, and doesn't come. Dáša is slowly running out of ideas to chase away her boredom, until she has a restless dream about it all. But she has never had a dream like this before. Where will the dream lead Dáša? Will she get to see snow, or will autumn turn straight into spring this year?
This poetic book by illustrator Jantra Šímová deals with boredom and waiting, but also with much more pressing issues, such as the changing climate around us.
