Ivan Brun is a master of wordless comic storytelling. He uncompromisingly exposes the mechanisms of power and the often hopeless reality of the postmodern world. He doesn't play with hidden messages. He knows that we are perfectly aware of our situation, but prefer not to think about it. That's why he grabs us by the throat with one hand and punches us in the face with the other. He confronts us with raw everyday life and offers no absolution. Everyone must sort out what they see in their own minds and take a stand. Or not.
